I have just recently purchased a home in East Brunswick with the help of Joseph Tobin. This was my first time purchasing a home, and Joe was a great help during the whole process. From the beginning Joe explained the process step by step. He inquired as to what we were looking for and provided us with numerous options. Joe was very accessible and returned any correspondence in a timely manner. When we narrowed down our search Joe set up the viewings to accommodate our schedules and gave us advice on what we should be looking for as we went through each of the homes. We decided on a home that we really liked. The selling agent was being difficult, but Joe showed poise and composure while dealing with him. When another home in the same neighborhood came on the market Joe informed us right away and set up a walk through that same day for my wife and then the next day for myself. My wife and I fell in love with the home and by the time we got home we knew we wanted to put in an offer. Joe walked us through the process and made some suggestions on our offer. I have recommended Joe and Davis Realtors to a few of my friends. Overall, I have had an excellent experience working with Joseph Tobin and Davis Realtors.
